Share goals, current tracks or mixes, consent preferences, travel notes, and the support details needed for arrival.

Prepare files
Bring bounces, stems when useful, references, playlists, recorded DJ mixes, and clear questions for the tutor team.

Leave with next steps
After the studio week, guests receive recap notes, certificate status, and the next online practice path.
