Terms, refunds, and workshop policies.

Course purchases provision access to the learning portal, included resources, progress tracking, and the stated course materials. Access is personal to the purchasing student unless a written team or school agreement says otherwise.

Basic and VIP memberships renew monthly. Members can cancel before the next renewal date to stop future billing. Current-month access remains available until the end of the paid period unless access is removed for misuse, chargeback abuse, or safety reasons.

A workshop deposit reserves a seat only after payment succeeds and the booking confirmation is issued. Remaining balances, arrival windows, studio access instructions, and local handoff details are sent after confirmation.

Refund, transfer, and cancellation requests are reviewed by support. Digital access already delivered, used workshop seats, late cancellations, and third-party travel costs may not be refundable. Exceptional medical, travel, or duplicate-charge cases should be sent to the legal or support inbox with context.

Workshop guests must follow studio rules, safety instructions, gear handling requirements, and local arrival guidance. Waiver, emergency contact, and consent details may be required before in-person participation.

Students remain responsible for rights in uploaded tracks, mixes, stems, references, and portfolio material. AI-assisted prep may summarize submitted goals or files only when the relevant consent path is active; sensitive support, refund, and legal decisions remain staff-reviewed.

Company registration, tax, and representative details should be completed by the legal operator before public production launch.
